Pre-Screen Candidates
Why waste your time bringing in the wrong candidates for job interviews?

Pre-screening candidates can be an enormously time consuming task. You may receive dozens or even hundreds of resumes for one single vacancy.
A candidate screening package can save you precious time and staffing dollars. Our team at The Centre can:

- Provide you with an overall score for each candidate and a list of the top candidates

- Supervisory and Management Skills
Supervisory and Management Skills
Nearly 30% of employees who leave their jobs do so because they are unhappy with their direct supervisor or manager. Effective training for supervisors and managers can improve a company’s competitive edge by reducing employee turnover and increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.
“…the BEST training our supervisors have ever had”
Working with The Centre was a perfect fit for our organization. I knew exactly what I wanted and after expressing my needs to The Centre’s team, the perfect training program for our supervisors was developed. Our supervisors enjoyed the flexibility of the training program and feedback showed that it was the best training our supervisors have ever had. The Centre took time to develop training materials that best suited our needs. It was clear that extra effort was put in to ensure that all resources would be relevant and useful—we still use the resources today! I hope to always maintain a business relationship with The Centre and would not hesitate to recommend The Centre’s Corporate Development department to any organization regardless of how big or small they may be.
