Bay Area Learning Centre
Created by The Centre for Skills Development & Training and home to its head office, the Bay Area Learning Centre (BALC) is a partnership centre featuring a continuum of education, training and human development services. BALC is located at 860 Harrington Court, off of Harvester Road between Walkers Line and Guelph Line. It is easily accessible from both the QEW and Burlington Transit and has ample free parking. Free Wi-Fi is also available–see a Centre staff person for assistance.

The Bay Area Learning Centre has a variety of office, meeting and training room, computer lab space available on either a short-term rental or longer-term lease basis.
