English as a Second Language (ESL)/Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)
The Centre offers free ESL/LINC training programs in comfortable classroom settings at its locations in Burlington, Milton, and Oakville. The Centre’s language training programs will help you improve your skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.

Join our conversation circles
Conversation circles are a great way to improve English conversation skills and build listening and speaking confidence in a relaxed atmosphere. Join us for our weekly conversation circles and practice English in a friendly environment while discovering what the local library has to offer.
Thursdays from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Halton Hills Public Library, Georgetown Branch (9 Church Street, Georgetown) in the Homecoming Room on the lower level.
Wednesdays from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Oakville Public Library, Glen Abbey Branch (1415 Third Line, Oakville).
