BURLINGTON, Ont. – The Centre for Skills Development & Training (The Centre) will host a free workshop entitled ‘Eating Healthy on a Budget’. Led by holistic nutritionist Melanie Floyd from the Hamilton Health & Wellness Centre, the workshop will address:
- Lifestyle improvements
- Changing eating habits
- Practical tips for eating healthy
The workshop is offered at The Centre’s main site in Burlington at 860 Harrington Court on Wednesday, March 23 from 11 a.m. – 12 noon.
