By the end of this two hour session, you will understand three essential fundamentals necessary in a career shift. First you will gain self-awareness of who you are, what you care about and how you want to make an impact. Next we will examine the tools to accomplish the next steps in your career exploration, and finally you will have the template to begin crafting your action plan.
