ADMIN SUPPORT - needed for an Oakville real estate office -
WILLING TO TRAIN a solid candidate who has related experience
Hours are Mon - Friday 10am - 6pm

This is a full time position paying between $30,000 and $35,000.
Responsible for a mix of daily tasks such as phone and email customer service requests, as well as project based work updating databases, sending out correspondence and computer based work.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Front and back end support for team sales activities
• Provide outstanding customer service, front line and superb client care
• Daily real estate business administration, operations
• Marketing assistance including social media management
• Organizing and filing paperwork and online filing systems
• Entering data into online spreadsheets and other word processing tasks
• Assisting with special events/tradeshows/open houses as needed

QUALIFICAITONS & SKILLS
• Administrative skills and related experience in jobs that included administrative tasks
• Experience using CRM systems
• Strong communication skills (written, oral and listening) and excellent people skills
• Strong math skills and fluent English communication skills
• Experienced in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Starting Salary: $15.00 per hour based on a 37.5 hours weekly to start for the first 6 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install aerial strand, down guys, anchors
• Lashing cable and fiber
• Operate cable lashing machines and other lineman equipment
• Outside Plant (OSP) line construction with coax, copper and fibre cables
• Pole transfers and associated tasks
• Reading and interpreting plans and locates
• Complete As Built drawings.
• Operate vehicle-mounted aerial device equipment
• Load and unload equipment and cable trailers
• Perform testing and troubleshooting if required
• Follow safe work practices and procedures

Experience Required:
• Minimum 1 year of Aerial CATV Distribution Technician related experience in a telecommunications environment
• Technical training, certification an asset
• Preference given to candidates with telecommunication ( telecom ) experience in outside plant construction (OSP) and FTTx projects

Additional Requirements:
• Possess a valid driver’s license ( clean Driver abstract required to be insurable)
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, evenings and emergency call outs when required • Possibility of travel on short projects
• Able to take direction
• Successful candidates will need to pass criminal records check

• Able to work in varied weather conditions

Full training given.
Full time from mid April to December with seasonal slow downs/or shutdowns around Christmas period Heights training paid for by us - come get qualified
Work locations can vary from south to North Burlington to South and North Oakville to Grimsby and Stoneycreek
